What do you do if you had a miscarriage a few months ago because of low hCG and are pregnant again with the same problem?

Unfortunately nothing. Drink plenty of water and get lots of rest and keep healthy, but if you're going to miscarry, you can't prevent it from happening. Sorry for your loss.
