It can mean something, or it can mean nothing. It depends on the clinical symptoms, the differential, and so many other things I can't even begin to answer this question intelligibly.

Since above is too informed to state the obvious I will. The MOST LIKELY cause of elevated white blood cell count is infection. Of course there are others.

This means that the red cell count is 10 million,400 thousand per millimeter which is a high value. This could indicate some type of disease state such as polycythemia vera.If it is yours you need to have an exam and I would suggest the blood work be repeated in case there was an instrument error. There are some variables that could produce a falsely high red blood cell count. Dehydration could be one varible.

That is elevated - and probably means that the person with that white count is fighting some infection of some type.
