The part time lamp on the dash indicates when the transfercase has been put into 4WD part-time. Part-time 4WD is when the transfercase has been shifted into 4 wheel-high but is allowed to slip (of sorts). As you are driving on good road the veichle will operate in 2WD but as additional strain is detected through the transmition (like snow or mud) the 4WD will automatically engauge. This is Jeep's select-trac 4WD system.

The "part-time" indicator light illuminates when the vehicle's transmission is positioned into the 4 wheel drive status. Once the vehicle is returned to 2 wheel drive the front hub locks disengage and the indicator light goes out.

I had the same problem with this and with mine I found out the curcuit board on the back of the taillight needed to be replaced. If you have a late model get it checked out.

I believe the cargo lamp turns on when you rotate the gauge lighting dimmer wheel all the way up to turn on the inside courtesy lights . The dimmer wheel is on your dash just to the right of your headlight switch
check the fuse and the park lamp relay

the trick to finding the right size lampshade for your lamp is to measure the base of the lamp, times it by the height and the divide it by the width. this answer will be the diameter of your lampshade.
On my '95, the fuse for the interior dome lamp circuit is the one marked "ROOM" in the lower right corner of the fusebox in the dash.
