if you have a high one it probably doesnt matter if you excercise or not.
if you have a low one you will probably get fat...if you dont excercise

When you don't exercise your body loses muscle tone. When muscles are not used for long periods of time, they are lost.

When you fail to exercise your body has to make do with what it has already. When this happens, your body has to take from other parts of your body to ensure homeostasis.

Exercise is always good for you but why are you not eating healthy foods? If you know you are not doing so, then why dont you look into how to improve your diet as you do into exercising your body. You dont have to eat hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat. What happens is that you can exercise but not give your body enough good nutrients to keep you healthy. There are enough sites, on line, that can guide you in the right direction. Keep you heart and arteries in good shape and, with the exercise, you will feel better and live a better life.
