Exercise is always good for you but why are you not eating healthy foods? If you know you are not doing so, then why dont you look into how to improve your diet as you do into exercising your body. You dont have to eat Hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat. What happens is that you can exercise but not give your body enough good nutrients to keep you healthy. There are enough sites, on line, that can guide you in the right direction. Keep you heart and arteries in good shape and, with the exercise, you will feel better and live a better life.
Well i think if you dont have a healthy heart you will dide or got a bad illness!!!! I am not exactlly sure but you know what just to be on the safe side make sure you watch what you eat and exercise!!!! So you will have a healthy heart!!!!! :)
Dont eat after 7 pm. Exercise every day. Eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water Just be healthy, eat right-no junk food or fast food. And, of course, be active.

If you dont eat heathy foods then you wont be heathy. Its as simple as that.
Unhealthy food have more sugar and its good, but healthy food dont have as much sugar and it tastes plain without sugar.
You lose muscle tone and general physical good health.
