Driver's side head. the first spark plug in the front.
Firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
Driver's side head front to rear is 1-3-5-7
The other head ........................is 2-4-6-8
Standing in the front of the engine, the right head first plug up front #1
Number one is rear head, far passenger side.
Standing in front of the engine, it is the first plug up front in the right head.
Driver side head front to rear is cylinder / plug numbers-- 1-3-5-7 the other head front to rear is 2-4-6-8
Standing in the front of the engine it will be the first spark plug in the left head up front.
If you are sitting in the driver seat 1-3-5-7 is on the left head from front to back. #1 cylinder is the first spark plug in the head up front. IN THE FRONT OF ENGINE.
Ti find out whitch spark plug is # 1,look at your engine.The head that's the furthest to the front of the engine is the one with the # 1 plug.It would be the first plug at the front of your motor on that side.
bad head gasket or cracked head.
its a misfire on cylinder number 1, check your spark plug, plug wire and/or coil on cylinder number 1

looking at the front of the engine on the left head (drivers side) number 1 cyl. is the 1st spark plug. 2nd. plug is cyl. 3 . 3rd plug is cyl. 5 on right head (passengers side ) the first plug is cyl. 2. 2nd plug cyl. 4 . 3rd plug cyl 6. on V6 engines. V8 engines are numbered 1-3-5-7 on left head. 2-4-6-8 on right head front to rear. the firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 .or look on the intake maifold in front of the throttle body is the firing order is stamped on the intake maifold. on V6 engines firing order is 1-6-5-4-3-2. or look on the intake maifold. hope this will help you .
