There is a movie you may want to go rent called "FATHERLAND" with Rutger Hauer. The tag line is something like 'What the world would be like if Hitler had won the war'. The opening sequence is all actual war footage, but everything the narrator says is not what actually happened, but rather what could have happened. I know that doesnt really answer your questions, but it's related and I thought you may be interested. :)

Europe: Germany would have created several puppet states similar to how the Soviets did. Those already established: Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, would become the staple allies of Germany. New puppet governments would include those in Greece, Principality of the Pindus (which was attempted by taking portions from Greece and Bulgaria), Albania, and states formed from a separated Yugoslavia: Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro.

Norway likely would have been released from total German control as a puppet state, and occupied France and the French colonies would be given to the Vichy regime, with near supreme German influence in government. Spain and Portugal would be forced into a strong trading alliance and then military and diplomatic alliance with Germany. Poland would remain as part of Germany, most likely, as would Austria, the Czech Rep, and the various other nations absorbed by Germany not already covered. Their colonies would either declare independence, hand over their administration to Germany/Japan, or allow for installation of puppet governments. The Germans would have pushed as far as Moscow into the USSR, and as far down into the Caucuses as to the border with Turkey. The Karelia and Murmansk regions of the Soviet Union would be governed or absorbed into Finland. The land Germany would take in the USSR would be absorbed into Germany. It is likely that some of the Soviet Republics would receive independence as puppet states. The USSR would possibly dissolve, or possibly hold as a much weakened state. Either way, communism would into spread nor would it become a major concern. It would likely die out as a ruling ideology.

Asia: In Asia, the majority of China, if not all, would be absorbed and occupied by Japan. Tibet and Manchuria (under the state of Manchuko) would be given independence as puppet states, and a Japanese puppet state would exist as the Republic of China-Nanjing along the eastern border of the Chinese mainland and alongside the borders of Manchuko. India would declare Independence under the violent Bose regime and ally itself with Japan. Nepal and Bhutan would ally themselves in turn with India. Burma, Siam (Thailand), Mongolia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos would each become puppet states. Indonesia, Malaysia, Guinea, and the various other island nations would be absorbed as part of Japan. Due to the military-based independence movement and the post-independence authoritarian/fascist state of India, it is unlikely that Pakistan would be separated from India.

United States, the UK: War would likely never come to the then forty-eight United States. The UK would likely fall to fascist influence, but it is unlikely that it would join a defense alliance with the German-fascist forces in Europe due to indifference by Germany and distaste by the UK populace. The US, having lost the war with Japan, would likely lose all Pacific island territories, including the territory of Hawaii, and would likely surrender to Japan and Germany and remain independent. Diplomatic relations with Germany and Japan would eventually be open and friendly. It may be possible that the US would ally with the other Allies not overtaken by the Axis- Canada, Australia, South Africa, etc, and possibly even with the former colonies of the UK- Jamaica, Bermuda, the Bahamas, etc. It may even be possible that the US might side with Japan or Germany in a "cold war".

Africa: All colonies of Allied nations would be turn over to German or Italian control, with France, Portugal, and Spain holding control of their colonies. However, since a lot of territory with numerous peoples (some of whom have a "fight for their own way of life" mentiality when threatened) is involved, independence movements would crop up before long. Numerous parts of Africa would probably wind up independent from either Germany or Italy. America and Japan might be tempted to take over African lands.

Superpowers Germany would likely produce an Atomic bomb within a year (as would America, although the peace treaty might require it to give it up). Japan would probably get the bomb some years after that (perhaps through negotiations with Germany). Due to not having the differences in ideology found in the USSR and US, the two world super powers- Germany and Japan, would likely not go into a major conflict with each other for many years, if at all. (However, their ideologies - Nazism and "hakko ichiu" - were both home-grown and ethnically oriented, and thus a "cold war" might have developed entirely on ethnic grounds, over whether the Japanese traditions or the German traditions were better approaches for the world to follow.)

Japan: Japan would industrialize its mainlands, creating overcrowding, a large spike in population growth, and a highly industrial yet luxurious lifestyle for the mainlanders, with their puppet states and colonies receiving a comfortable amount of resources, aid, and industrialization, but mainly all under a fascist and controlling Japanese grip that would allow for limited independence and heavy Japanese influence in military, trade, and cultural aspects. Imperial Japanese culture would dominate Asia, with large amounts of the populace subscribing to the teaching of the Reich.

Germany: Germany would do the opposite in terms of population- the Jewish population would likely all be wiped out, with very little escaping to Central America, Portugal, Spain, North America and the UK. Slavs and other 'undesirables' would be re-educated and Germanized. The cultures of eastern Europe would likely revolt, but would be put down quickly by the powerful pro-German governments. The massive amounts of people removed, exported, or killed in German territory would lower the population to a comfortable amount. Germany would see a spike in research and development, and likely would create things that we would not think of in our society that would shape the world. German cities would be very culture and state-based. Likely, Germany would see the development of massive monuments, buildings, and other marvels that would leave the cities and economies of the absorbed territory and puppet states in ruins. After the death of Hitler, the German government would likely relax its hold on its allies and colonies, as well as its militarization and distaste for non-Aryans and non-Germans.

Better AnswerIn my opinion, Separating Germany from the Axis, I believe Germany could have conquered Europe if;

1. Germany maintained the Blitz on England for 3 to 5 days longer.

It is widely believed that England would have fallen with this continued intensity. America was very anti-war prior to Pearl Harbor and would have likely stayed away from the fight in Europe without having a base(England) to launch operations against Germany. Without American assistance Germany would have conquered all nations from England to Northern Africa without signicant opposition.

2. Germany never attacked Russia.

Dividing their forces while bringing such a large and somewhat worthy advisary into the war proved a fatal error for Germany.

All that being said, I cannot say what life would be like today should that have been the outcome. But I do know that, 68 years later, Germany is essentially getting the same result through the European Union minus Hitler (Big Difference).

As far as Japan, not attacking pearl would have been best because that attack woke up our war machine. A joint Soviet-Japanese attack on china would have sealed of Asia as axis territory. with Britain and China gone America is all alone, as far as allied superpowers.

Whoa!

First off, they we're Russians, not Soviets. The Soviet Union formed after the Warsaw pact was signed well after WWII.

Second, China was attacked by the Japanese and was quite beleagured. They we're a fairly weak ally.

- Japan attached Pearl Harbor because the U.S. stopped all oil shipments to their very quickly growing modern society. A move considered an act of war to the Japanese.
Yes they could have if they had got Spain and Argentina to provide military Help.

if the Nazis had won World War II so may things could have been very different, for example:

All religions and races apart from Aryans may have been as Hitler said "exterminated" like Hitler tried to do to the Jews and other races in the holocaust wiping out the crippled and any other minorities to create the

superior "master race" of Germans.

the world may have been brainwashed into Believing Nazi ideas, they would have believed that Hitler was like a god and that anyone who didn't fit in was inferior and was to be killed.

the whole world may have been turned into a "police state" and a Dictatorship with Hitler in charge and with SS and Gestapo patrolling the streets taking people away to concentration camps and worked to death.

no one would have freedom of speech and all of the media would be controlled by the Nazis with Propaganda everywhere again brainwashing the people into loving the Nazis, there would also be censorship on a massive scale covering up what the Nazis didn't want people to see.

it is possible that the Nazis may have succeeded in taking over the world if the allies hadn't stopped them and if that were the case then all of the above may have happened.

Definitely, there would be a huge Germany today. Königsberg, Baltic sea coasts, Minsk, Kiev, probably Smolensk would be German lands. France would be independent probably without alsaice-lorenn. Borders of Finland probably include whole Karelia, and wilderness behind their eastern border even maybe Leningrad. There wont be any city called Moscow and st.Petersburg. Because Hitler was obsessed with those cities and he had special engineer teams to destroy those cities. Oil fields in Rostov would be under German control, maybe including Georgia Azerbaijan and Armenia. Many of the Greek islands would be Italian soil, also most of the former Yugoslavia. And after that cold war probably include Russia America ( including all countries in there) England (including India, Canada etc..) one side and on the other side Europe and japan . Germany never had the technologies and logistics to invade USA
