Ayurveda is the most ancient holistic healing system developed by highly evolved spiritual beings who not only addressed the problems of the body and mind but also the human spirit and consciouseness. Ayurveda means science of life 'Ayu' means life and 'veda' means Science ).It is believed, ' God of creation' revealed the knowledge of ayurveda.

According to Ayurveda, health is maintained by three functional mechanisms"vada, Pitta, Kapha". Thus it focuses on causes rather than symptoms.Since each individual has their own particular physiological status or balance.

Ayurveda treats the individual and not the disease. This system provides an excellent line of low cost treatment for various common disorders and several chronic ailments with an extensive documentation and an impressive record of safety and efficiency. Ayurvedic herbal medicines are safe and have no adverse side effects.

The original Ayurveda treatises give a comprehensive description of how to live one's life in tune with the Nature, free of diseases and illness. Beyond being a mere system of medicine, ayurveda is a way of healthy living and has preventive, promotive, miligative and curative interventions. It is a comprehensive health care system.
