Just around a year back it was all about Apple and its products like iPad, iPhone, iPod touch etc these all products are iOS based and no doubt Apple made the finest quality but now scenario is completely different. Apple has lost its influential image. Android has changed the whole concept for Tablet Pcs and smartphones even for TV. Android devices are now the dominating products of technology market.
Apple products are awesome but they appeals a lot but they are very strict and provide limited access on the other hand android devices aren't only appealing and cool but also provides flexibility. Android OS is an out standing open sources that allows to change it according to your will.
Android simply damaged the value of hardware brand names, people are less bothered about hardware company name. Even when it comes to tablet PC or Google TV people don't consider hardware much. Its about the Os, Features, apps and interface. There is list of manufacturing companies like TMobile or Ozitechnology which aren't even globally famous like Motorola, Samsung, HTC or Apple but still those companies are doing well with android based devices.
