Loch Ness Monster

The Loch Ness Monster is a cryptid. It is described as a long necked lake monster with flippers and somehow looking like a plesiosaurus. The first known sighting was St. Columbus and his crew that were on a ship, and they think they encountered it, the Nessiteras rhombopteryx, Greek for the wonder of Ness with the diamond shaped fin. One of his ship mates was in the lake of Loch Ness, and the creature popped up, but St. Columbus frightened the creature and it vanished under the water. All of this took place in 565 A.D. Scientist today are still looking for Nessie, nobody knows if they will find any truth, or if they will find hoaxes.

The Loch Ness Monster is an alleged animal, identified neither as to family or species, but claimed to inhabit Scotland's Loch Ness. The Loch Ness Monster is one of the best-known animals studied by cryptozoologists. Popular belief and interest in the animal have waxed and waned over the years since the animal came to the world's attention in 1933. Evidence of its existence is largely anecdotal, with minimal, and much disputed, photographic material and sonar readings: there has not been any physical evidence (skeletal remains, capture of a live animal, definitive tissue samples or spore) uncovered as of 2008.

It is said that a few have been sighted in the B.T. (Bermuda Triangle). But nobody knows for sure. The Loch Ness might be real or once was real... or it's still alive!? but it remains a mystery.
The loch ness monster, known by the name "Nessie," is a legend first sighted in 565. There is no proof that it exists, but a lot of people think it is real. Thought of as a deep sea dinosaur, there are thought to be three currently living loch ness monsters in the world. The loch ness monsters are said to make their home in Scotland, and they could survive on land, but are said not to come up often because of humans.

There is no scientific evidence to confirm the existence of the Loch Ness Monster.

Reports given by those who claim to have seen it say that it resembles a swimming dinosaur, a plesiosaurus. However, these animals are most likely long extinct and probably lived in salt water environments.

The Loch used to be isolated, and some of the first people of modern society began building a road along the mountain produced more than 50 reports of the monster. Since then many reports have been given, many are frauds but many line up. The total number of reports given solidarity has greatly dwindled with time. So if the monster did exists at an earlier time it probably is extinct now.

Nessie the Loch Ness Monster is a legendary creature. One day, a woman and her husband were in a car. They drove past Loch Ness, which is a lake. The woman saw a shape coming out of the water. She told other people that it was as big as an elephant. The news started spreading, and soon the monster became known around the world. And lots of people started to see sightings of the monster, too. Then one day, a doctor, drove past Loch Ness and saw a shape out of the water. He took a photo. THAT made the monster seem almost real. The Loch Ness Monster got it's name because it's spotted in the Loch Ness Lake. To get to the Loch Ness lake, you would have to go to Europe. Now the picture that the doctor took made the monster become famous. Then someone addmited that he had made a model of the monster. The model was just 1 foot long, although from the doctor's place where he saw it, it seemed huge. So it was a hoax. And other sighting appered to be hoaxes, too. And soon there was little evidence that the Loch Ness Monster really exists. But it is still a famous monster. Oh, and Nessie? It's another name for the Loch Ness Monster. I don't know how it got THAT name.
