Supreme court is highest judiciary organ of a country. The supreme court deals with laws. It looks at if the immediate lower court Like HIGH COURT has a violation on their verdict. Supreme court usually looks on documentation, papers, and the evidences produced. Supreme court usually don't go for hearing of parties. Unless <business life in Pakistan> is so Strunglled and matters reached to Supreme court (passing through lower bench, town judge court, high court), then its the time Supremecourt can have a say. This freequently happened in Pakistan history. It happened in case of Nawaz Sharif, Parvez Musharraf, Benazir Bhutto..............where supreme court had to poke its nose. This happens in a country, where there is no RULE of Jusice. Pakistan is in the top list of most corrupted countries.
