Nothing. If they're both 4L60Es then they're the exact same. The Astros and some Silverados and most Tahoes used the same tranny.
The difference between a 94 4L60E and a 95 4L60E, is the number of solenoids on top at the torque converter. The 94 has one on top, and the 95 has two on/off solenoids

No difference if they are from 4x4 trucks, 4l60E. 1988 to 1992 Gm used 4l60 non electronic. 4l60e from 1993 until ????? maybe 1998. Then there where 4l80 stronger transmissions.
