A Caesar, sometimes referred to as a Bloody Caesarafter the similar Bloody Mary is a cocktail mostly popular in Canada. The drink is made with Vodka and Clamato (a mix of clam broth and Tomato Juice), Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco; sometimes with salt and pepper added. It is served on ice, and the glass is rimmed with celery salt. There is a garnish as well traditionally a stalk of celery but is also often pickled asparagus spears, green-beans or in seafood restaurants a prawn. A Caesar without alcohol is commonly referred to as a "Virgin Caesar".

A Bloody Mary is a popular drink made with Vodka, tomato or V8 Juice other spices with Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, horseradish, salt and pepper. There is a garnish as well, often celery stalks and other vegetables, lime and minced green olives. A Bloody Mary without alcohol is commonly referred to as a "Virgin Mary".

The Caesar is not very well know into the general population in the United States; but rather popular in Canada and in within many Hispanics in the US.
