the Haynes Repair manual Refers to it as an Air hose
I also have a 93 GT
In the intake. (Intake Air Temperature)
Right under the intake on the passenger side of the engine, near the firewall but still on the motor.
The transmission dipstick on a 1986 Toyota Celica is toward the back of the engine compartment on the passenger side of the motor. It is behind the air intake hose.
Round black canister about 8" underneath your stock intake piping, bolted to the metal around the driver's side strut assembly.
Inside the gas tank. Unless you're talking about the fuel filter. The fuel filter is located in the front, near the driver side strut tower. You'll have to remove the air filter housing and air intake hose to see it properly.
if you have the2.4l efi its under the intake bolted to the block
It could be not getting enough air, if the filter is pushed too far down on the pipe, it would cause it to do that.
Under the intake manifold near the oil filter
It's called throttle body.
On my 1992 model, it's in-line with the large black air intake hose.
i don't know i have the same question. Underneath the intake manifold. Bolted into the tranmission. Kind of hard to get to.
its on the driver's side of the engine compartment. You will have to remove the air intake box and tube to see it. If all else fails, follow the fuel line back from the fuel rail until you find it.
