The age at which a child can be left at home alone is only legislated in two states, Maryland and Illinois. The legal check is whether or not the child is safe and has the ability to take care of themselves. Most authorities agree that leaving a 12 year old alone at home for an hour or two is acceptable, but they should not be responsible for other children.
Florida has no laws about this. Most would say that leaving a 17 year old alone for a few nights would be okay.

Im not sure what the laws in WA are, but in NYS its actually the age that they can be able to call and communicate properly with 911 if necissary, can recite where the parents are, and can recite their home address. Parents are encouraged to assess the maturity level of their child before deciding whether it is safe for them to be left alone.

In Minnesota, a minor who is 16 or 17 years old can leave home without parental consent. However, minors under 16 need parental permission to leave home. It is always recommended to seek legal advice or guidance when considering leaving home as a minor.
13 years of age "i think....."
The age of majority for the state is 18, therefore a parent(s) cannot arbitrarily force a minor out of the family home without providing adequate support for he or she and/or without using the proper legal procedures.
I think so, however you will need the courts permission for the child to visit you and leave their home state.
Legal Age is 18 year old that can move out parent's house.
