Walls, after the decision of court, can not write Ice Cream with its products, rather walls started to write "Milk Ice" with their products
Brunch is made by the Irish company HB. HB share some ice creams with Walls ice cream (English) but Brunch is exclusive to HB, which means its only available in Ireland. Sorry :) :P

Because there is no market for it. It would cost more to make it than the product is worth, so a company would lose money by making it. No company wants to lose money, so we don't see pickle ice cream. I have heard (although I have no proof) that Swensen's Ice Cream Factory, does, or at least did, make dill-pickle flavored ice cream.
The classrooms of the slum-school are absolutely unappealing and distasteful for the children who go there. Hence, though the walls of the classrooms are painted cream - they are not attractive but 'yucky' and repugnant as sour and putrid cream might taste to some. This deft pun on 'cream' serves a dual purpose. While on one hand it paints a word-picture of the school walls; on the other, it describes the children's emotions and their abhorrence for the classroom.
