Answer
That Question is too vague. There are many, many modern jets that fire missiles.
Not only are many modern jet aircraft designed to fire missiles, any modern jet aircraft with standard underwing pod hard points (commonly used for mounting bomb pods) can mount missile pods on those hard points and be capable of firing missiles.
If you are asking about the missiles in Cuba they were discovered by the use of spy planes and people on the ground. A spy plane flew over and shot pictures of the silos for the missiles. The people on the ground confirmed that they were there. Kennedy told Russia that they had to remove the missiles and the result was the Cuban Missile Crisis.
usually 1 to 10
9/11 effected us alot, but if you watch the videos on you tube you will see where the missiles were shot before the plane even hit the world trade center (south side). Not only did Osama Bin Laden plan it but they even hooked missiles to the plane, they couldn't of done it by there selves and how did they get passed security there is something we don't know about.
Yes but not really easy.
There were no missiles fired from anywhere during the Cuban Missile Crisis. There was at minimum one missile shot shot during the Cuban Missile Crisis. The Deputy of the Soviet Union Commander Gen. Issa Pliyev ordered a U-2 spy plane be shot at. The Deputy was Gen. Stepan Grechko. The missile was fired and the U-2 spy plane was shot down.
...do you mean shot down over the former Soviet Union? That pilot's name was FrancisGary Powers.
It was an American U-2 spy plane that was shot down over the Soviet Union. It was The U-2 crysis of 1960.
Ballistophobia is the name of the phobia related to the fear of missiles
No Google Earth flight simulator does not fire missiles, bombs, etc. For that you can try X-Plane or Flight Simulator X.
No. there would have been a war if the nukes were launched
The plane was shot down by a missile on 1st may 1960,over the USSR.
since they did not have heat seeking or target lock on missiles back then they would be a lot more difficult then in these day and ages. but if you shot with the gun attached to the plane and just sprayed the bullets, yes they would be a lot easier to hit.
