Almost a quarter of people in the US have pit bulls!
The American Pit Bull Terrier makes up 9.6% of the total canine population in the USA, which is more than 55 million dogs in the USA.
🖕 I had one but only some people have a pit bull
300,000,000
The are over a thousand
pit bulls are eveywhere in the us, and the third best dog in the u.s.
people use pit bulls to fight because of how strong they are and they will do anything to please their owner.
The US does not. Certain people in it do, as well as BSL. And this is because when Pits bite, they latch on. Terriers are determined dogs.
Pit bulls are banned from most US military bases. However I'm sure if the dog was fully trained in bomb detection they may be exempt from that rule.
there is no bad pit bulls i have one it is so nice people think they are mean because people fight them .Well people can make any dog mean and fight them. They are nice and fun to play with and i have to kittens and she is pretty gentle with them pit bulls are sweet and protective they look scary but they are like big Babbies.
no state bans pit bulls. There are cities and counties in almost every state that do ban them or require permits for them. Denver, Colorado for example bans pit bulls, but the state of Colorado does not. It all depends on the city and/or county.
Only in certain jurisdictions - it is NOT a nationwide requirement.
Probably not NEARLY as many as you would think. They are great, loyal, friendly dogs when they are in the right hands but the media only talks about the aggressive pit bulls that who have irresponsible and even cruel owners.I'll put things in perspective for you:Average People killed by:Cigarettes-440,000Automobiles- 42,3662nd hand smoke- 29338Other people(2008 statistic)-16,272Pit bulls- 3Aren't there better things to ban?
No need to, history shows us that when the measurements of the pit bull are extended, the dog loose those traits known to all of us. You can serve your dog with a lot of exercise if you want the muscle get the attention you need.
Awesome food. My pits did wonderful on it. I like it because it's all human grade, made and sourced in US (with the exception of their new zealand lamb) and better cooking procedures that maintain nutrient quality. There regular food is great, and they also offer a high protein grain free that many pit people at the pet store I work at swear by.
