the one on the side holds the trigger group in the receiver . the one on top has to do with the scope mount wich is unique to these guns
A receiver is legally a firearm, and is a regulated part. You would need to contact a gunsmith- and you will find you can buy a complete shotgun for less.
Check the receiver and barrel.
