No none of the vr6 were ever turbo charged from the factory. I mean you can put a turbo on them but they are all N/A which just means they dont have a forced induction system. They do make a twin turbo vr6 in Europe.
Don't understand the question, all vacuum is taken from the intake manifold, what are you looking for. And is this a turbo or a none turbo
if you touch the pump make sure you adjust the turbo to match it screww the boost in boosts better in 1st- 3rd
