Wikipedia answers this on its page Ages_of_consent_in_North_America
The age of consent in Kentucky is 16. Section 510.020 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes deems a person unable to consent if he or she is less than 16 years old. It is a defense however if the "victim" is at least 14 and the actor is less than 5 years older {510.130(b)}. Additionally, under 510.120(d) it is "sexual abuse in the second degree," a Class A misdemeanor, for a person over 21 to have sex with anyone under 18 for whom he or she provides a foster home.
There is really no such thing. From a legal standpoint, you can assume it's anyone pregnant under the age of 18. From a religious standpoint, underage pregnancy could be considered that of an un-wed woman. From society's perspective, it's simply a "young mother" wed or un-wed.
No, you as her brother has nothing to do with that part of her life and cannot hire someone to have sex with your underage sister. It would be illegal to solicit the criminal act. Pregnancy is also not safe or recommended for a 14yo. You need to talk about your sick fantasies about your sister to your parents.
personally i think he would, your underage, and if your pregnant it means you have had sex. he would have had sex with someone underage, so yes he would
Well either take a pregnancy test or go to the doctors.
no maryjane will not stop a pregnancy or harm a pregnacy but you shouldnt do it
Yes. But second month you can't get it if you are pregnant. :)
No. same sex relationships cannot result in pregnancy.
I would not say that crying (if that is what you mean) is a sign of pregnancy. However, if someone is pregnant, they might cry more frequently than someone who is not. The best way to test for pregnancy is using a pregnancy test strip.
can someone tell me why i am lactating and i have took a pregnancy test and it was neg. the only time i do lactate is when i am pregnant can so someone please answer my question.......?
pregnancy doesn't always happen.
It is biologically impossible to menstruate if you are pregnant, menstruation only occurs if someone doesn't get pregnant. It is possible to experience vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, it's uncommon but there are situations where it can happen, if concerned you may be pregnant take a pregnancy test.
No. A contraceptive can only prevent pregnancy. Once someone is pregnant it is too late to prevent it from happening.
