while a 14 yr old might manage to get some kind of job in Florida they would not receive the same wage as an adult doing the same job. so to that question i would have to say no a 14 yr old can't get a real part time job in Florida.

A 14 year old can work in Florida. I live in port orange Florida and I applied at publix and chik fil a. You also do not have to have a permit. Just go ahead and apply.

== == Maybe u can work in the library,or do cummunity help.Help around in school.! And in your neighbor hood! Paid employment for 13-year-olds will be babysitting or providing other help and services to people. Perhaps you could start a grocery delivery service for the homebound, elderly or just plain busy! You could do seasonal work like mowing lawns, raking leaves or shoveling snow. Housecleaning help is always appreciated if you enjoy that sort of task. You could also develop your talents and sell your products. If you have talents in art, knitting, baking, jewelry making, writing or any other skill you can create products and sell them at bake sales, craft fairs, on online markets or on consignment sale through specialty shops.

Can a 12 year old babysit their younger siblings in the state of fl?

If I am not mistaken I was just reading that a person needs to be at least 11 in the state of Florida to babysit, any more than 5 kids and it's considered a business, and would need a license. Should be fine unless the 15year old is not responsible enough to take care of babies. They will need a very calm demeanor to stay with more than one baby for an extended period.
