Every 30k -Transmission Fluid changed, air filter & cabin filter, pcv valve, engine coolant; 60k-serpentine belt, maybe spark plugs - they could be good for a while longer though, hoses-inspect and replace if needed. Of course, change the oil about every 4k. lube job every other oil change, inspect the brakes at least every 15k...
