"Acetaminophen is Tylenol - never use on a cat, it will kill them. Cats cannot tolerate other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen."

Cats cannot get colds or flus like humans get, however they can get bacterial respiratory infections that strongly resemble them. These need to be treated with antibiotics prescribed by the vet. If your cat sneezes alot and has green nasal secretions get it to the vet!

Cats can easily be poisoned by over the counter medicines. A cat's body temperature is higher then a humans. If you still feel your pet has a fever seek emergency medical treatment.
