An employees "rights" depend in part on the country in which they are working as well as the policies of the company they are working for.

Rights also depend on what you'd class as 'unfair'. If your boss is treating you differently than other coworkers for personal reasons, then you may be entitled to compensation or other redress.

If this isn't any help, or if being too specific about your problem might reveal too much, focus on finding a balance of being general, but still giving enough detail about the problem so someone could give you a clearer answer. It might be worth your while searching Google for a list of rights and law websites which may help you more.

The first thing is to think very carefully before doing anything or speaking about it. Is your 'fancy' a passing sexual notion, or do you feel genuine affection for him/her? Might he/she return your affection, or are you just another colleague/employee to her/him? Think hard about how he/she would feel if you declared your love.
