It depends on whether you are a female or a male and where you live, etc. Ask a doctor this one. Sleep, however, I can answer. Try to get a good, solid 8 hours of sleep a night, at the least. Also, note that sleeping goes in cycles of about 45 minutes, so if you can line it up to that, all the better.

The best thing to do is to take up an active sport you enjoy e.g. football. As for eating, you can eat what ever you like just balance your diet with your fibre, fats and protein. If you enjoy fruit, eat that for snacks instead of potato crisps/chips. Then you may find getting to sleep will be a lot easier. In addition, try swapping your sleeping position.

Heres what i do to stay fit and im about eh....11 and 8 months just about 12 anyway heres what you can do but keep in mind these are just the basics

1. 5-10 laps around a long area (bring water to keep you hydrated)

2. 20 push ups (with your butt in and not oushed out, and putting your nose to the ground. Your position should be flat)

3. 30 sit ups (or 45 crunches)

your own your own after that.If that's to much start out with the first thing i gave you then every year add 50 to number 2 and 3 until you reach 17. hope this helped :) oh 1 more thing if you ever decide to drink coke or Coke Zero,Some soda drink Orange Juice or fruit juice,something healthy,As for what you eat i cant answer that
