Well, never stay indoors on a sunny day, unless it is too hot, because if your in a dreadfully hot country like Pakistan, or India, it may be too hot... ... People can faint there! Though if it's a nice day in say England or America, then go to the local park and catch up on some jogging, or maybe you could sunbathe at the beach!

Go to a movie or stay indoors and play Video Games. It is scientifically proven that sunlight is harmful and can increase your chances of harmful diseases such as skin cancer. If I were you I would stay away from doors and close curtains. Wait until it is overcast to go outside and spend time with friends ect.

∙ 11y agoYou should wear shorts that go up to your knees, and maybe a 3/4 sleeve shirt? If you want to wear a tank top or short sleeve shirt I suggest you wear a sweatshirt too. Hope I helped!
