Israel Kamakawiwo'ole is a famous Hawaiian artist; also known as "Bruddah Iz". He passed away June, 29th, 1997 of weight related respiratory failure at age 38 but left a legacy. His coffin was honorably placed in Capitol building in Honolulu and his ashes were scattered into the Pacific Ocean at Mākua Beach, where thousands of people payed respects. His music was beautiful and one of his most famous songs, "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" is what he most likely best known for. it is NEAR the exact lyrics of the original version of the song from the Wizard of Oz but he gives it a unique twist, with his voice's own styling and a Ukulele, and it's one of those songs that make you want to cry at its beauty and give you goosebumps.
