If an enormous building is on fire, Superman can either blow out the flame with his super-breath if there are many hostages or just fly into the building and save the person, whereas Batman has to watch out for the steps, fine the hostage and then look for an exit. Batman risks his life to save others whereas Superman just does things as an amusement. Superman is better.

Why batman is better than superman?
Batman's better than Superman because, if you think about it, Batman doesn't quite have a weakness. Superman is weak to Kryponite, which is apparently very easy to obtain, seeing as how Lex Luthor GREW an island made of the stuff. Batman's suit is bullet-proof in its most basic form (the writers change the specs of the suit, but a bullet-proof upper chest and back area is pretty much universal). Bruce Wayne is also a frikin' GENIOUS, and doesn't just run into stupid battles in his underwear. Superman, on the other hand, can't design a suit that protects him from Kryptonite.So I do believe Batman is suprerior to Superman.
