I had the same problem problem. Along with engine dying suddenly at stop light or when turning at very low speed. The shop that fixed the problem changed the faulty Fuel pressure Regulator(auto part stores sell it for around 60 bucks). Their explanation was that the regulator DID not release pressure so there was plenty of gas for higher RPM. But at low RPM it acted like flooding the engine (kind of like in the old carburetor days).
Anyway the problem did go away.
No not the oil filters, just the fuel filters You don't have to. But I put oil in them when I can. Just the way I was told to do it when I first started working on engines.
No, it does not. Toyota started installing cabin air filters in Camry since 1999.
Ran mine (02) fine for 20000 miles on good quality bio without obvious problems. When supplier changed, who used palm oil in manufacture, problems started. Constant clogging up of filters. Eventually the high pressure pump started leaking, dripping onto fan belt and throwing it off. it is possible to get biodiesel seals for the pump though. All in all more trouble than its worth but was good while it lasted.
Just start throwing dirt on it!
probably the abs pump...mine has started whining after sitting >6hrs, during which the abs has bled off pressure (which it shouldn't)-:

The 8th generation Corolla (1998-2002) did not come with cabin air filters. Only started with the 9th generation and newer (2003 and up).

2 reasons: Normal for the engine to build oil pressure after starting. Use of the wrong oil filter. I recommend Mahle, Mann or VW oil filters. FRAM and other US filters should not be used as they have poor or no anti-drainback valves in the filter causing oil starvation at startup.

Nobody knows for sure. The Americans were throwing things at the British soldiers - they were throwing ice, rocks, and insults at them. One of the British soldiers thought he heard the command, "Fire," and he fired his gun into the crowd. All the soldiers started to get scared and shot into the crowd.
