There are two rumours doing the rounds on the internet at the moment - one is October 27th, the other is November - December time.
I personally think Nov-Dec is more likely as this will be when they release the remastered Next Generation films and it's close to Christmas and plenty of people will buy it for presents.
These are only rumours though, I will post again once I find out a definite answer.
