No one knows where the starter relay is, not even Subaru themselves. I called them and they couldn't answer me. How lame is that
There isn't a high beam relay but there are headlight relays located in the engine compartment. There are two, one of the driver side and one for the passenger side.
You unplugged the battery and it won't start? What's the problem, maybe no Electrical Circuit? PLUG UP THE BATTERY and try again or get a GOOD BATTERY and try again or check FUSES/RELAYS.
Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.

There's one fuse box located on the glove compartment. Open the compartment, and look to the far right, near the passenger door.

It is located in the engine compartment, near the battery I'm pretty sure. You'll see a black box that has a bunch of fuses and relays in it, should be able to check the owners manual to see which is which...happy hunting!!
