Most video rentals and CD and game stores usually have resurfacing machines, but make sure they have a machine and not one of those cheapo devices. Those usually destroy discs.

If your PS3 is not reading inserted discs, you can fix it by restoring the system settings(it should work if your Blu-ray drive is functional).
Usually stores like Game Crazy and the Radio Shack Repair Center offer to buffer discs, but buffering is for scratches in discs, I'm not sure if it can fix a crack.
Buy a PS3. It is the only Playstation that reads blue ray discs and the discs are for the PS3 and could not be played on a PS2 if they could be read

This indicates your discs are warped due to excess heat. Replace both discs with new pads and hey presto.
