∙ 11y agoViante makes a pasta maker almost identical to the Faberware pasta machine. You can get the PDF manual online at http://www.vianteusa.com/manuals/Viante_Pasta_Maker_Manual.pdf
I used the recipes in my faberware and they worked perfectly. Make sure you have a measuring cup that has Meteric measurements as some of the recipes use metric.
Has great cleaning instructions also that work great with the Faberware machine also.
