Get out your history book and look for the map showing his route. Copy that, color it in and then take a shoebox half turn it on its side. Paste your map inside the box and items to make a 3-D look. You can make a figure of Coronado, Native Americans, trees/plants, and make the Mississippi River (which he found) look deep. Decorate the outside of your shoebox with Spanish or Native American symbols.
