Roasted root vegetables go incredibly well with chicken. Cut into similar sized chunks, massage with olive oil and roast in the oven Gas regulo 6 or electric 180-200 C so… there are little bits of caramelised vegetable. Sweet potatoes are wonderful. Enjoy
