Cellulase is mostly found in fungi and microbial stuff. The most studdied cellulase comes from the fungi Trichoderma reesei
Cellulase is an enzyme made up of protein
It is Cellulose.
in the cells
Most cellulase is extracted from fungal plant parasites. You can buy small amounts of the enzyme in powdered form through Karlan, Inc. There is a company in Japan named Yakult Pharmaceuticals that sells bulk cellulase (and other plant-chewing enzymes) for laboratory use. Even with overseas shipping, they are much cheaper. Cellulase and other enzymes are used in the lab to make plant protoplasts by chewing away the cell wall.
Cellulose and enzymes don't tie , only Cellulase reacts with Cellulose .
Surfactant(s) (unspecified), Sodium carbonate, Cellulase, Subtilisin (proteolytic enzyme), Alkyl - benzenesulfonic acid, sodium salt and biodegradable surfactants (anionic and nonionic) and enzymes. Look at the ingredients before asking next time.

I think that having the denim sitting in cellulase for 1 hour would look better and different from it sitting in the cellulase for 24 hours. The more that it sit in the cellulase the more damage the denim jeans will have.
Cellulase breaks down cellulose found in plants and a cow's rumen has a temperature of around 104 F.

cellulase enzymes
Cellulase is an enzyme that break down celluse a complex organic molecule into simpler molecule like glucose and as such being an enzyme, it is also protein in nature.
Since we don't have cellulase we do not break down cellulose and that remains as fiber but by chewing on vegetables we break the cells and release other nutrients we can use.
