The fuse for the speed control is in the main fuse block under the hood on the left hand side. It is number 20 fuse .To locate this fuse in the block, If the large fuses are on your right the fuse you want is fifth row from left ,fourth row down.It also controls the heated rear window and is a 10 amp fuse.
open the passenger side door. look at the side of the dash, there should be a little door that you can just pull off. Look in your owners manule towards the back of it and youll find the number of the fuse for the interior lights.

The cruise control is powered by the engine computer. There isn't a separate fuse. If the engine runs, it is not a fuse issue.
