It could be the Idle Air Control (Idle speed control) valve. Its located on the left side of your TBI and has an electrical connection.
Should be on the firewall.
The 1990 Toyota speed sensor is located on the back of the transmission. There also is a speed sensor on the front passenger wheel.

It is located on the transaxle.
If you push the motor to nearly 8000 rpm in 5th gear which could blow the motor, its top speed is close to 135.
There are four motor mounts located on a 1990 Chevy Lumina. Two on either side of the engine. One the rear and one in front of the engine.

The vehicle speed sensor is on the transmission. The ABS speed sensor is on the differential.
On a 1990 LX 3.0 V-6 it is under the dashboard on the passenger side right next to the blower motor. It only has 2 screws in it. If it is malfunctioning your blower motor would still most likely work at the high speed setting.
