In a 2001 Ford Taurus :
In the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the front of the
engine compartment near the battery ( # 30 is the fuel pump relay )
Where would I finf the relay switch on a 96 Grand Am?.
dependsummmm well it depends on which relay we are talking about where is the relay switch panel on the 1996 s-10 pickup located i need to replace the relay switch my horn son't blow when the engine is running but will blow when the engine is off it will blow strange i was told it neede to have a relay switch i have the switch but don't know where to install it any help? ThanksWhere did you get the switch? what relay did they tell you to replace? The horn relay is located in the relay center located in the glove compartment. The horn relay would be the second one from the left, the fist one being the fuel pump relay.
The fuel pump relay would be located in the power distribution box under the hood.
There is no relay...your turn signal /combo switch is bad...
check the fuse box located under the hood should have black box located in relay & fuses one of them would be relay switch check manual for correct one
there is not exactly a flasher relay for this car. technically your hazard switch is the flasher relay. you can get this "hazard switch " for about $30 on gmpartsdirect.com. i had to replace mine last year and i was also under the impression that i needed a flasher relay since the turn signal would just stay on. I had to fudge around with hazard switch push it a few time for the signals to work. that is when i figured it out that hazard switch is the flasher relay. i hope this helps.
That would depend entirely on which relay you are referring to.
If you have already checked the fuse, then it must be the relay switch under the front dash or in the fuse panel
The turn indicator relay in an Audi TT is integrated with the hazard switch. To replace the relay you would need to replace the hazard switch.
My question is what relay are you asking about? There are several relays and at various places. Need to know type information. Would suggest rewording your question please with the relay you are looking for.
look in the trunk. if it has the relay button, it would prolly be on one of the sides, usually in a compartment. it would be a red button if im right. hope i helped
check the library for a shop manual and wiring diagrams, assuming your talking about the A/C, there is a low freon pressure switch you can jump TEMPORARILY to see if the compressor and circuit are ok..good luck:)
