If you count the Medditerranean as part of the Atlantic, then Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and Egypt. Otherwise, the answer is most likely Morocco, although it could be Mauritania, which also borders the Atlantic. Anything South of Mauritania probably wouldn't be considered to be part of North Africa.

If an American country borders onto the Atlantic Ocean, the east coast of that country will be on the Atlantic Ocean, but that country will have to be on the east of America. When I say America, I mean both North America and South America.
