2. right to keep weapons

3. right not to be forced to house soldiers

4. police can not search a person's household without a warrant from a judge & there MUST be a good reason to enter house.

5. protects the rights of a person accused guilty for a crime

6. right to fair trial & right to have a lawyer

7. In civil trial, people have a right to travel by jury

8. the court system can not treat people accused of a crime to cruel or unusual punishment

9. The Constitution must respect ALL human rights, even if not listed in Constitution

10. states shall have reserved powers
