SUPPLE HUMAN RESOURCES A NEW DYNAMICS FOR INDUDTRIES, Corona virus had made us once again think how to run world without going to office, tour, or without Omni meets. Marketing is backbone of every industry & it requires lot of tours, meets, rallies, shows etc. to promote & sell the product, among the masses around the globe. Without marketing the product, they have no value in market to get selloff, as marketing dignifies the quality of its product in this competitive market for selling & buying.

Any product like its software/hardware, tourism, FMCG, automobiles, pharmacy, merchandise, goods, commodities, stocks etc cannot be soldoff in market without its advertise & publicized marketing. This all need skilled marketers who took all this responsibility to make product sell & afterwards its responsibility of operational peoples to keep them update about the performance. All these people come in morning & go back by evening and never had any transit place at their office

Now keeping continually these things in mind, now we have to change our marketing strategy, especially after this disastrous lockdown. The word lockdown is almost new to every individual. In coming feature we may have to see more than this either by humans or by nature, like hurricanes, flood, chemical & viral exposures, war etc. although we had seen it before also like in Russia Chernobyl nuclear disaster, Bhopal gas leak in India, floods , earthquakes, wars et Now for such conditions we have to introduce the new category of training, the new force will have to be introduced called Supple staff by us, during which the employees can be used to work earthier from home or office as per the demand of hazard & peril from nature or by human error.

Special Training of these personal will be major area of building up of new fore of supple staff, training of these supple-staff will be very special in all manners. They will be trained for all weather time. Either from office, home during day or night with full muscles requirements for marketing, operations, maintains, warehouse maneuver, emergency health procedure & all in a discipline approach in trainings time to time.

1) These trainings program are designed in such a way that it will contributes in improving employee’s supple capability and performances by training.

2) For each supple staff will be given specialized course introduced to meet its specific requirement.

3) These trainings will not only be confined to “chalk& Talk” method. But different methods will be added to it such as case studies, quiz, group discussion, role-play method, questionnaires method, brainstorming session & panel discussion etc should be introduced for employed

4) The contents & emphasis of training will be designed keeping in view the future of industries scenario which will be overwhelmed with massive information Technology changes.

5) Meaning full trainings in computers should be given to enable employees to handle & maintain massive volume of work during odd times.

6) Training should aim at improving interpersonal skill, attitudes among employees. For this transactional analysis & behavioral science program can be made used of.

7)Training should not be to the imparting of knowledge of principals of office work rather external environment changes taking place in industrial sector on global prospective should also be determined to the supple staff

8) The tinning should be foster creativity & innovation in supple staff.

9) The trainings should contain problem-solving skills rather than tendency among people to blame the situation a & all others expect themselves.

10) We should prepare the employee to cope with the change rather than complain about it.

11) the training for batter customer service, public relations &other allied field should be frequently organized as companies supple employees need behavioral skill more than analytical skill.

12) Post –training situation should be of studied carefully &follow-up effectiveness of training program should be gauged periodically..
