You did not say what size engine are what it is in, so I'll try my best to give you the correct answer.

If you have a v8 or v6 engine, Then it is very common for the intake manifold gasket to leak engine coolant into the lifter gallery when the intake gasket blows.

It is not common what so ever for a head gasket to allow antifreeze to get into the oil when they blow. Need to check intake gasket first. If we did not help you then ask your question again.
