I have two thoughts, First, my opinion is such that instead of creating a new life, they are choosing one that is already in existence so that there are not so many children over populating orphanages. Second, as a mother of 3, I know what pregnancy can do to you physically as well as emotionally. Perhaps some women choose not to put their body through that. Afterall...any child is a child in need of love.
