Yes there are white people in Haiti. Haiti was a French populated country where African Slave trades were brought. So there is a huge chance that there are many white people in Haiti, as well as a mix of the white haitians and black haitians.

i think that the fact that Haiti is so poor is a factor because if the UK was in an earthquake zone , we would buy lots of food and equipment to prepare, since Haiti is so poor they can't do that.
