That was the time of the colonialism, so, all the European countries went on trying to get more land for its people because they had to get richer to not to get out of business. The England colonized the North America because of this reason, they established the thirteen colonies with a great strategy: the north colonies would serve like the headquarters of the metropole on the new continent and the ones by the south would be extractivists colonies. Then, the England could control the things in the north America, without being afraid of get out of business.

European colonized and explored different pars of the world due to different reasons ..During the 15th European nation changed drastically from feudalism mode of production to capitalism mode of production .This transformation went together with different technological development .Forstance during the 15thc to 16thc europena managed to build marine ship which was very important for exploration of the world marine technology helped europena to travel different parts of the world including Africa and America to conduct trade(primitive accumulation of capital) .On the other hand European nation managed to industrialize .foristance British was the first to undergo first and second industrial revolution-respectively all these created demands for raw material , market ,investment areas as well as cheap labor therefore euro pen decided to compete for colonies in order to get those demands
