To protect racial purity - not only eliminate the Jews but also other races, nationalities.

___

Initially, Hitler believed that people he regarded as 'subhuman' needed to be out of Greater Germany and the 'living space'. There was a plan put in place for the use of the french colony of Madagascar to be used as a homeland for the Jews. It wasn't until Hitler and his henchmen realised how much it would cost and the fact that communism needed to be defeated that Hitler and his people came up with the 'final solution' of extermination.

___

First of all, there is no such thing as "subhumans" he believed that the Jews were the cause of all the problems and troubles in Europe, so he exterminated most Jews, gypsies and homosexuals. In his sick mind he wanted a pure race and a world that would last a 1000 years.

Did not Hitler really hate and plan to exterminate all Arabs Muslims Jews Gypsies and other Christians as all subhumans not fit for his World?

Hitler really hated all the Arabs, Muslims, Jews, Gypsies and the other Christians that is why he planned to killed them. As stated above, Hitler hated allot of peoples, even the Japanese were not really his type of Ally. In fact he remarked once that the planned Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo, would depend on how he was feeling. For practical purposes, his main efforts would surely have been concentrated on the Jewish people. It's doubtful he planned mass executions of other major groups of peoples.

If Hitler let his generals do their jobs would Germany have won?

Many historians believe that this is exactly what would have happened. Most believe that Hitler was, among other things, paranoid and an obvious control freak. If he had trusted his advisers/generals more, the Nazis would most likely be the major power in Europe today.

Why did hitler believe that jews and other sub humans had to be exterminated?

Most Germans had a hard time accepting they had been defeated in WW I. They were convinced their military efforts were compromised by "inside" traitors when the truth was they were just outgunned and out manned by superior numbers of the Allies. Looking for scapegoats to blame for losing the war, German politicians (including Hitler) determined the traitors were Jews and Communists. They purged the Communists and Jews starting in the early 1920's and all the way through WW II by combining national pride and hatred for traitors into their "final solution" efforts to eliminate Jews and Communists.
