They aren't EXACTLY identical but there are similarities. This is to be expected when the cultures grew up within such close proximity, where the experience of day to day life was virtually identical. Long before Greek civilization really came to prominence, the Mediterranean region was an amalgamation of tribal states with more-or-less free exchange of ideas, goods and services, along with the occasional war, looting and pillaging.
What we now know as the Greek Gods were themselves the result of incorporation of various tribal deities over centuries, including those of the tribal states that would later form Rome.
The Greeks really didn't have them first, they were just more important culturally before the Romans. Then when the Roman Empire began, they simply continued to worship the same Gods they had before, re-incorporating the occasional Greek myth, and re-establishing their own tribal names for the deities they already knew.

No because is still a name! If you can't use your own name, you can't use a Greek god or goddess' name!
The alphabet we use today is basically the same as that used by the Romans during the Roman Empire to write latin. It was affected by earlier alphabets sucgh as Greek and Phoenecian.
The Romans adopted the Greek's use of realistic features when making human art. Both Greek and Roman human art could be very unforgiving, meaning that every blemish on a human's face was included in a Roman sculpture or painting.
Temples were very important because the greeks had a very great influence to gods. They built great temples with decorations. They were very serious in matters of gods. They were a regular part in greek life. They were for religious use and they are equivalent to the church across the street.

The Romans were religious, they did not have a rich mythology of their own. Early in their history, they came in contact with Greek culture. There were Greek city states in Southern Italy and Sicily. Greek culture was richer than Roman culture in almost every way, including mythology, and the Roman conquest of the Greek-speaking portion of the Mediterrranean was match by the conquest of Rome by Greek culture. The old Roman gods were identified with the closest Greek counterparts, and the stories the Greeks told about their gods were told about the Roman gods. As Rome's conquests continued, the gods of other people's were also identified with various Roman gods but with little effect on Roman culture.

When the Romans found Greek Art, they felt inspired, and they also really liked their style alot. You can say that the Romans "copied" it, but they really just did some adjustments and maybe have Greek people to make their wonderful styles of Art. What the Greeks did, like make statues look relastic, then that's basically what the Romans done, with some items that they ALSO wanted to put.

Yes they coped the Greeks they only changed the gods names. While the actual god was copied (mars is the Roman version of Aries, god of war), Romans did not use the same name.
The Romans used numerals in the same way and for the same purposes that we use them--for counting, math, and the notation of dates.
Styx is the Underworld river the Greek gods and goddesses swear oaths upon.
Ancient Romans copied many ideas from the greeks and adapted them so they would be more efficent or less time-consuming or just changed the name of it to make it 'romanized'. The gods of Egypt were directly copied by the Romans. The idea of columns to hold things up was adapted by the romans to use a dome like structure which had the same support strength without a load of supports in the way.
