you feel tired because when you do certain types of excercise your legs get tired because latic acid builds up and your legs feel tierd.you need to stegth before you excercise because you might pull a muscle and can get injured

If you just had a hard work out, I wouldn't worry about it, it's probably cause you're not hydrated enough. I work out sometimes, and sometimes I feel dizzy after situps, or lower back exercises, but it's nothing to worry about. Drink alot of water after a work out; it's a guaranteed cure for dizziness once you are fully hydrated. Gatorades are good for you after a work out as well, hope this helped, go hard!
